Required Skills/Experience:
JAVA/J2EE TEAM LEADER
Applicant must have no less then a 550 score on the TOEFL examination or equivalent.Applicant will be communicating with English speaking counterparts in the United States on a regular basis.
Applicant must have 6+ years experience developing using Java/J2EE technologies.
Applicant must have 3+ years managing projects using Java/J2EE technologies.
Working knowledge of the following application servers: WebSphere 5.11, WLI 9.1, and JBOSS 4.04
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005, Oracle 10g, and DB2 8.2.
Working knowledge of Hibernate, Struts Framework, Spring Framework
Significant experience with Java/J2EE, with intimate knowledge of the standard JDK, JSPs, Servlets, JDBC, and JNDI technologies
Experience with XML-based technologies, such as Web Services, and Java-XML APIs
This person must know how to create project plans, tasking, and resource management.
Knowledge of software design architecture
MICROSOFT .NET TEAM LEADER
Applicant must have no less then a 550 score on the TOEFL examination or equivalent. Applicant will be communicating with English speaking counterparts in the United States on a regular basis.
Applicant must have 6+ years experience development experience using Microsoft .NET
Applicant must have 3+ years experience managing projects using Microsoft .NET
Applicant must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET coding patterns. This knowledge will be presented at the time of the interview.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
Working knowledge of Microsoft DotNetNuke is preferred but not required.
This person must know how to create project plans, tasking, and resource management.
