Applicant must have no less then a 500 score on the TOEFL examination or equivalent. Applicant will be communicating with English speaking counterparts in the United States on a regular basis.

Applicant must have 6+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance.

Applicant must have 3+ years managing a Software Quality Assurance team.

Working knowledge of Software Testing tools such as Mercury Interactive Suite.

Working knowledge of Software Test Automation

Applicant must be able to write test plans and test result documentation.

This person must know how to create project plans, tasking, and resource management.
