Applicant must have 3 to 5 years web development experience.

Applicant must have the ability to learn new skills quickly
Applicant must be familiar with Open Source technologies
Applicant must know the following Technologies:
Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Ajax, XML, Flash, PHP, HTML/DHTML, ASP.Net, MySQL Database, Client and Server side scripting (e.g. javascript) , JSP, Perl, Microsoft SQL Server Database, Linux OS with knowledge of Apache Server, Windows OS / IIS.
