Software Development Process

software development process :

Clearpath's uses AgileXP as it's Off-Shore Software Development model. AgileXP is a form of Extreme Programming taken from the Agile Development model. AgileXP is successful because it emphasizes customer involvement and promotes teamwork.

AgileXP is an iterative model that breaks down the software development process into smaller phases, constantly communicating with your Architecture/Development team throughout the process. In addition, to breaking down the software development process into smaller phases, the software development effort can also be divided among multiple "Strike Teams". These "Strike Teams" will handle their pieces of the project and will re-group during the Continuous Integration phase of the process. This ensures that the Off-Shore Resources are working at optimum capacity while still working to the original software requirements and design.
